Brand Refresh

The Retrac Group has been established for 43 years and comprises Retrac Composites and Retrac Productions. The family owned business are synonymous with aerospace, automotive and Formula 1 and offer customers a streamlined manufacturing solution in high-precision composite and metallic engineering. Threeguru were approached to carry out a brand refresh during a period of investment and growth for the Swindon based engineering firm.

Visual Identity

The brand refresh involved a suite of new logos and a set of responsive websites. Whilst refreshing the brand’s visual identity threeguru were conscious to retain elements of the existing livery and colour palettes to effectively 'phase' the introduction of the new brand. The new logos are driven by a clean, corporate sans serif font, with a fresh, dynamic variation of the ‘machining lines and composite layers’ icon seen on the previous marque.

Threeguru’s creative approach will also extend to a portfolio of new photography and a corporate video, designed to engage customers both on the web and at exhibitions.

The new Retrac Composites website will be launched in time for The Advanced Engineering Show, NEC, 4 – 5 November 2015, the UK’s largest annual gathering of manufacturers and supply chain companies.
