Off the back of a very busy period and some impressive auction sales figures in 2015 , the threeguru team of digital creatives have been busy filming and optimising video for web to document Graham Penny Auctions property sales throughout the year in Leicester, Derby & Nottingham.

The 3 min YouTube videos are to be produced quarterly as part of a social media video marketing strategy aimed at increasing footfall across Graham Penny Auctions’ yearly calendar of 21 auctions. If the last few auctions are anything to go by the early signs of leveraging the power of social media marketing to increase awareness is proving to be successful.

“We’ve offered 324 lots in eight auctions so far this year, two of those were significant in as much as the one at Derby was our biggest sale for three years and the one in Nottingham, which was in conjunction with the East Midlands Property Owners exhibition was also the largest this year.” commented Graham Penny, Auctioneer – Graham Penny Auctions.
